The course is design to prepare candidates to communicate effectively in voice-only and in face-to-face situations on common, concrete and work-related topics, recognize and resolve misunderstandings, successfully handle complications of unexpected situations.

• The ITC teachers are TEFL/TOESOL trained and all of them have a certificate.
• ITC TEFL/TOESL certified teachers have experience in teaching Aviation English and hold T.E.A. Certificate.
• ITC will prepare the candidates for the T.E.A. test that is face-to-face interview with the examiner. ITC will be training the candidates based on the ICAO Document 9835 /ICAO Doc 9835, Section 2.7.4./, unexpected situations /ICAO Doc 9835, Section 2.7.4./ ICAO Phraseology, (ICAO Doc. 9832)
