ERASMUS+ Course
Coaching Strategies in Learning
This course helps participants bring coaching principles into the learning process to strengthen students’ autonomy, motivation, and self-reflection, while promoting a more engaging and empowering classroom culture.
Through interactive, hands-on activities and collaborative exercises, participants will explore how communication, questioning, and feedback can foster deeper learning, confidence, and emotional resilience.
The course goes beyond theory, connecting coaching-inspired practices directly to everyday teaching situations across subjects and educational levels. It provides space for participants to reflect on their personal teaching styles, exchange ideas with colleagues from other countries, and experiment with techniques that promote self-directed learning and student growth.
By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of how reflective dialogue, supportive communication, and facilitative teaching can transform learning dynamics. They will leave with a toolkit of adaptable strategies to encourage learners to take ownership of their progress, cultivate curiosity, and build the confidence to face challenges, while teachers strengthen their ability to create trust-based, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environments.
