Course Overview
This course is designed to equip educators, administrators, and those involved in managing projects within educational settings with essential skills in project and people management. Participants will learn how to effectively manage educational projects from conception to completion, while simultaneously mastering the art of managing diverse teams. It is ideal for professionals overseeing Erasmus+ projects, school collaborations, or any educational initiatives requiring strong leadership and project management skills. The training combines practical project management tools with human-centered leadership strategies, ensuring that participants leave with skills they can immediately apply in their schools and organizations, while also gaining opportunities to learn, exchange experiences, and build international networks in a professional, practice-oriented environment.
Learning Outcomes
After the course, participants will be able to:

COURSE MODULES & SCHEDULE
Day 1 – Foundations of Projects & People
Module 1 – Introduction to Project Management in Education
Universal principles of project management tailored to schools and Erasmus+ initiatives.
Module 2 – Leadership Foundations & Team Management
Exploring leadership styles, fostering inclusive teamwork, and strengthening collaboration (LifeComp).
Orientation Walk with a Local Guide (optional, complimentary)
A short post-class city walk for orientation and networking.
Voluntary, no fee, separate from the course, and not counted in Erasmus+ hours or outcomes.
Day 2 – Planning & Performance
Module 3 – Project Planning & Resource Allocation
Defining scope, timelines, and resource mapping; applying digital tools (DigCompEdu).
Module 4 – Performance Management & Support
Monitoring progress, motivating teams, and balancing accountability with wellbeing.
Day 3 – Communication & Support
Module 5 – Communication & Conflict Resolution
Tools for clear communication, constructive feedback, and conflict resolution.
Module 6 – Coaching & Mentoring for Educational Staff
Practical methods to mentor and coach colleagues, supporting growth and inclusion.
Day 4 – Leading Change & Innovation
Module 7 – Change Management in Education
Adapting to uncertainty, leading through change, and fostering resilience (LifeComp).
Module 8 – Innovative & Sustainable Project Practices
Integrating sustainability (GreenComp) and innovative strategies into Erasmus+ projects.
Day 5 – Evaluation & Implementation
Module 9 – Project Assessment & Evaluation
Evaluation tools for measuring project quality, outcomes, and long-term impact.
Module 10 – Integration Workshop & Implementation Focus
Designing a mini-project in teams, peer feedback, reflection, and certificates.
