Learning Outcomes
After the course, participants will be able to:

COURSE MODULES & SCHEDULE
DAY 1 – Building the Foundations of Future Learning
Module 01 – Teaching the Skills Our Students Need for the Future
Explore essential next-gen skills—like critical thinking, resilience, and collaboration—and embed them into daily teaching.
Orientation Walk with a Local Guide (optional, complimentary)
A short post-class city walk for orientation and networking.
Voluntary, no fee, separate from the course, and not counted in Erasmus+ hours or outcomes.
DAY 2 – AI, Inclusion, and Flexibility
Module 02 – Exploring AI in Education: What Teachers Need to Know
Learn the basics of AI and how it's transforming education. Discover simple, safe ways to begin integrating AI into classroom learning.
Module 03 – UDL Basics: Reaching Every Learner from the Start
Get hands-on with Universal Design for Learning. Learn to design lessons that are inclusive, flexible, and accessible from the beginning.
Module 04 – Blended and Flexible Learning Made Simple
Learn to combine digital and face-to-face teaching effectively to support student autonomy and adaptability.
DAY 3 – Supporting Well-being and Differentiation
Module 05 – Supporting Wellbeing with the PERMA/H Model
Apply Positive Education principles to boost student and teacher wellbeing. Focus on engagement, relationships, and meaning in learning.
Module 06 – Differentiating and Adapting Materials for Every Learner
Explore strategies for adapting content and tasks to meet diverse learner needs, connecting differentiation to UDL practices.
DAY 4 – Sustainability, STEM, and Outdoor Learning
Module 07 – Learning Outside the Classroom: The Outdoor Approach
Explore how outdoor learning supports creativity, wellbeing, and curiosity, even in urban environments.
Module 08 – Teaching Sustainability Through Real-World Experiences
Use eco-projects, outdoor learning, and classroom practices to teach sustainability aligned with EU Green Deal goals.
Module 09 – Making STEM Fun, Meaningful, and Inclusive
Bring STEM to life through creative, cross-curricular projects that promote teamwork and inclusivity.
DAY 5 – Future-Ready Strategies and Reflection
Module 10 – Creating Your Future-Ready Classroom Strategy
Reflect on your learning and design a personal action plan. Synthesize ideas from AI, UDL, outdoor learning, and sustainability for long-term classroom impact.
