ERASMUS+ Course
Course Overview
In an age where screens, apps, and notifications define much of our daily rhythm, balancing technology use with well-being has become essential. This course empowers educators to cultivate digital balance, emotional intelligence, and resilience in themselves and their learners. It supports schools in aligning with European priorities for inclusion, digital transformation, and mental health by offering practical, human-centered approaches to technology use.
Through hands-on workshops, reflection, and creative exploration, participants will discover strategies to promote mindfulness, empathy, and healthy digital habits. They’ll learn how to model digital wellness, design meaningful offline experiences, and support students in developing critical awareness of their digital lives.
